  Who: Catholic Youth 6^th to 12^th Grade
  
  VBS could not exist without our youth volunteers – we love them! However, our youth volunteer opportunities are limited in the following ways:
  
  a) Be a Catholic
  b) Must attend one of the mandatory Crew Meetings
  c) Attend all 5 days- (8:30 am – 12:30 pm each day)
  d) You understand that this opportunity is to be taken seriously and you will adhere to rules of volunteering. This is not an opportunity to just come hang out with friends.

- EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT:
  In the event of an emergency, I/we hereby authorize the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee, and Co-Cathedral of St. Thomas More Parish, through its authorized representatives, to transport my child(ren) to a hospital or other doctor’s office or medical facility for emergency medical attention. I/We additionally, authorize such representatives of the Diocese and/or School to obtain and give consent to whatever medical treatment the representative deems necessary, including the administering of anesthetic and surgery, and do hereby release the Diocese and Co-Cathedral of St. Thomas More Parish, and their authorized representatives from any and all claims which may arise from the above-referenced obtaining and consenting to medical treatment. I/We wish to be advised, if possible, prior to the providing of any non-emergency medical treatment by any physician or hospital.
